River Cottage’s Park Farm – Home to pigs, chickens, ducks and a cookery school

Whilst Channel4′s Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall was busy battling Brussels with the Fish Fight campaign, I took the plunge and booked a 4-day cooking course at probably the UK’s most famous cottage – River Cottage (Park Farm). No celebrity TV chefs in sight, but an amazing week of cooking, eating, drinking and best of all, learning.
